Welcome to Shreeji Travels. By using our website (shreejitravels.co.in) or our car rental, taxi, and chauffeur services in Ahmedabad and Gujarat, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Shreeji Travels provides:
- Car rental (with or without driver) for local and outstation trips.
- Taxi and chauffeur services including airport pickups, wedding cars, and corporate travel.
- Tours and packages within Gujarat and to neighbouring regions as agreed.
Specific terms, pricing, and inclusions for each booking will be confirmed at the time of reservation (e.g. via phone or WhatsApp).
2. Bookings and Payment
Bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when we have acknowledged it and, where applicable, received any advance or deposit as communicated. Payment terms (full or partial, online or cash) will be specified at the time of booking. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and pickup details.
3. Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies may vary by type of service and duration. We will inform you of the applicable policy at the time of booking. In general, we request reasonable notice for cancellations; last-minute cancellations may attract charges as communicated.
4. Use of Vehicle and Conduct
You agree to use the vehicle and our services in a lawful and respectful manner. For self-drive rentals, you must hold a valid driving licence and comply with traffic rules. You are responsible for any fines, penalties, or damage caused due to your use or that of your party during the hire period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shreeji Travels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g. loss of time, missed flights, or business loss). Our liability for direct loss related to our service will be limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
6. Website Use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse our site or any data we hold. Content on the site (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
